(Tampa, Florida) Charles D. Bavol of Bavol Judge, P.A. has been appointed to the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) 2010 Trial Academy faculty. The 2010 Trial Academy will be held July 31 – August 6, 2010, at Stanford University Law School in Palo Alto, California. The Trial Academy is the preeminent trial advocacy training program for defense lawyers seeking to improve trial skills and techniques. The IADC is an invitation-only, professional association for corporate and insurance defense lawyers around the world.
Mr. Bavol has extensive national jury trial experience defending major corporations in both personal injury and commercial related fields. Bavol’s trial practice has focused on products liability defense, including the national defense of manufacturers of medical devices and pharmaceuticals. A significant portion of his trial practice has also been in the defense of malpractice claims against medical professionals and hospitals.
